CSS is distinguished by its friendly, personalised customer policy irrespective of how important or big the customer is, and regardless of the scope of business we do with the customer. We have a unique perspective on our role as a customer-focused system integrator. Although we assign priority to our tasks, we do not have high-priority or low-priority customers. They are all top priority as far as we are concerned. Whilst we are certainly interested in expanding our customer base, the addition of new customers to our list never prejudices the privileges of our existing clientele. We believe that "A system integrator must take responsibility for meeting the widest scope of needs, and solving the widest range of problems the customer may have." This is our paramount corporate principle: we never tell the customer that something is "beyond our competence," "beyond our area of expertise," or that a service is "unavailable." We are here to solve the customer's problem by any means, whether independently or with the help of a subcontractor, and to take the full measure of responsibility for our solution. We realise only too well that, after all, the customer always prefers to do business with only one system integrator - the one he can trust.
