Reports
We provide a complete report of your Desktop Audit. This will be presented in a format that Executives will understand and be able to make decisions based on the information. Incorporated in the report will be:
- Network Diagrams
- Documenting the physical and logical topology of the network. Individual circuit numbers, network equipment and other relevant components will be included
- Desktop Traffic Reports
- Detailed and accurate breakdown of voice traffic totals and any profiles and patterns that may be relevant
- Financial Report providing a breakdown and summary of telecommunications costs based on sample data
- Summary
A complete overview of the information gathered from discussions with users and a user oriented view of the network. User satisfaction levels, telephone usage patterns, telephone answering policy and the general communications practice of the various branches will be documented.
