Support Services
Warranty Service
We provide the normal manufacturers warranty service using our own factory-trained technicians. We also offer our clients a number of other options i.e. on-site "hot swap", and on or off site advanced support and training. In today's increasingly more complex computer networks we provide solutions to the conflicts that may arise between the components of different manufacturers also we can offer a software and data recovery service. For remote locations, we can provide a support and service team who will remain on-site for the duration of the contract.
Post-warranty service
Upon the expiry of the normal warranty, we can offer our clients several options:
- Periodic service at agreed intervals
- Fixed support at agreed prices
- Hot-swap of major components
- Remote location support
With a fixed term contract a client can forecast their support and service costs for a definite period thereby eliminating any unpleasant surprises.
Call-time Support
Call time means fulfilling requests for some defined tasks, which can happen with any user, i.e. installation of PC and Software, switching on new equipment, diagnostic and correcting any conflicts between components of different manufacturers, data protection, etc.
This work can be done on-site or in our service centre. The Call time scheme is particularly good for regional Representative Offices or branches, which are connected to corporate system. In this case we can offer local on-site support and together with head office IT fulfil a common strategy of service for remote branches.
Changes in the configuration of the network, absence of back up, unwelcome viruses and the absence of proactive maintenance - can cause disruption to the network. Based on this proactive contract all normal maintenance and emergency work will be done by one allocated system engineer from our Service Department. Also, if necessary or required we can train and educate your staff in how to improve the efficiency of the network. For a medium size network this usually requires 8 to 16 hours per month on-site work.
